Making good progress

Well, I submitted all my Borderlands Boot Camp info the day it was due...I could have spent another day or two working on my chapter by chapter synopsis. I"m still trying to figure out how many pages/chapters to give to my main bad guy. Should the entire novel focus on the protagonist, or should I mix it up every couple of chapters? Not sure...I've mapped out roughly the first 20 chapters of my novel, which will definitely help me as I continue writing. Very curious now to see what everyone thinks of my first 40 pages, ch. by ch. synopsis and character bios. I could easily get laughed out of the hotel we're all staying in!!!

I'm going on a business trip to Philly for most of this week, and plan on doing lots of writing on the plane and in the hotel. With no wife and kiddies around, there is no excuse not to plow through a number of pages. I'm also bringing two small books with me to read - The Great God Pan, by Machen, and The Muse Asylum, by a guy with a long last name :) Looking forward to reading both books.

My NY Mets suck big time. Amazing how they fell apart over the last 3 weeks. Ah well, there is always next year. At least my Wisconsin Badgers are 3-0 to start the season!! But the big test comes next Sat when they play Michigan. Then we'll see what kind of team they really have this year.

That's all for now. Can't wait for season premieres of Lost and Nip/Tuck!!!
