Workin it!!!

Just wrote another couple pages and it feels great! I'm definitely creating a sense of dread, but that could just be me, typing on a computer at 11:30 at night in a dark house. The family is asleep and every sound I hear is magnified. Am I in the zone? Or am I a total loser?!?!?!?

Checked the best seller lists recently and The Historian is still goin strong. I wonder if this book helps to usher in some sort of new horror resurgance? I bought the book but haven't read it yet. After strong initial buzz and a couple good reviews, everything I've read has been remarkably negative. That won't stop me from reading it, but for a whlie I was expecting something truly amazing. Who knows, maybe it will be. At the very least, it shows the world that a well marketed and buzzed about horror book can sell lots of copies! There is hope!!!

Mets won tonight. Benson pitched another solid game. Glad I have him on my fantasy team :)

Another San Diego Comic-Con without me! One of these years i'll make it out there. Can't believe I haven't been there yet...Ah well...G'night!
