Life vs. Work balance...

The bottom line is that I have no excuse not to be working on my novel right now...and for the next couple of hours. Sure, it's past 10PM, and sure, I have a very busy day tomorrow, not to mention a very sick 7 month old who has kept me up the last two nights in a row. BUT, the reality is that if I want to finish my novel, there should be nothing holding me back. But why do I feel like not writing tonight? Maybe I'll get into bed, toss and turn for an hour, and come right back to this screen and start writing. I've done it before. We'll see.

My Mets stink. Another season expecting greatness and getting mediocrity at best. Very sad...
