Wow, 4 months since my last post :(

Yup, I'm a total loser. I think the amount of posts I make to this blog correlate to my writing. I pretty much flaked out on working on my novel towards the end of the summer - basically took July and August off. I know that's horrible, and at this rate I'm never going to finish writing...but the good news is that I'm back on track and on page 208!!! Been cranking out pages the last month, finding some time on the train to work, late at night and/or during the weekends when the boys are napping. It was easy for me to write on the many biz trips I took, but I haven't done as much traveling the last couple of months.

Anyway, I'm feelin good about the novel, although I still have many holes to fill and I think at least 50 pages between 1 and 208 that I need to write. Not to mention actually finishing the damn thing!

My sister in law is a voracious reader and I've asked for her opinion on what I've done to date. I know this is the wrong thing to do and you're screaming - "NO, there is no good that will come of that, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!"...but, I don't care what you think :) I think she'll give me some really good comments and ideas and help me push this little novel towards completion. We'll see.

Saw Resident Evil 3 late last night. Liked it. Exceeded my small expectations. Reading Harry Potter 6. Yes, I'm behind the times, but I'm getting there.
