All about the Boot Camp

So I've been doing some traveling for work the last week, and lo and behold this coming Friday is the start of the Writers Boot Camp @#!@#%^%##. I realized I was behind in my submission readings, so I've been focusing all my energies on reading through everyone's submissions. I've come across some great stuff - books I can definitely see making it and selling some copies. I was sent the itinerary for the weekend and it's basically non-stop from Friday night til Sunday at noon. Really looking forward to this, should be incredibly educational to say the least. Judging by the emails my fellow "grunts" are exchanging, there are a number of characters coming to this shindig, so I should be in my element :)
My biggest concern is that no one likes my 40 pages/chapter synopsis/list of characters and all of this was a waste. But can it honestly be that bad? I hope not!!! I hope to come back home next Sunday night at 11PM energized to finish what i've started, having to make edits along the way that I know will only help to strengthen my story. We shall see...
